I agree with MzPinkyB-write a book! Your writing is captivating. Also-I like the idea of “mastery of enjoyment” because maybe joy takes practice.
I’ve found it does—sometimes, I feel guilty or selfish for feeling a certain way—now, I just relax and try to enjoy the moments.
